Patient Survey Results
During January 2012 patients attending the surgery to either see a clinician or those visiting for other reasons were asked to complete a questionnaire. Patients who have signed up to the ‘Virtual Patient Participation Group’ were also emailed a copy of the questionnaire for completion.

New Practice Nurse
We are sorry to say that Lesley McDevitt our Practice Nurse is taking retirement in March 2012. Lesley has worked at Yorkshire Street for over 17 years and we will all be sorry to see her go.
We have a new practice nurse joining us to replace Lesley. Her name is Carrie and she will commence work at the beginning of March to overlap with Lesley.

Open Afternoon
Come along to our open afternoon on Friday 2nd December 2011 – 12 noon till 2pm – meet the doctors & staff and see what services we can offer. Also meet our colleagues from: Smoking Censsation Clinic, Pendleside Hospice, Healthy Lifestyles, Help Direct, Carers Contact and Medicines Management.

Along with those forms you will also find our new Patient Participation Group allowing you to get involved in making sure the surgery provides the services you require.
