We do not take requests for repeat medical over the telephone. You must bring the request to the Practice or you can fill in our repeat prescription form online here. Alternatively fax us on 01282 731360.
Always ensure you order your medication so that the prescription is ready to collect before you run out of your medication.

If you supply a stamped addressed envelope we can forward your prescription to you, but you should do this at least a week before you need the prescription. Alternatively, most chemists now offer a collection service and will collect the prescription from the Practice for you.
